Terms of Purchase and Refund

What you are buying

Access to the SNOROV online program you chose at checkout, at snorov.com. Speaking Fluency is a program for practising spoken English. «Держу нить» ("Keeping the thread") is a program for practising clear, connected speech in Russian. In both, you record your answers by voice, complete speaking tasks, and at the end you listen to your "before" and "after" recordings.

The program does not replace lessons with a teacher. We do not promise a specific result: it depends on your starting level and on how you practise.

Price and payment

The price is $19 or 1,490 ₽, depending on the currency you choose. This is a one-time payment, not a subscription: nothing else will be charged.

Payments in roubles are processed by the payment service Lava.top, payments in dollars by the payment service Whop. Only that service receives your card details; we do not see or store them. The final amount in your currency and any bank fee are shown on the payment page.

Access

After payment we send an email to the address you entered at checkout. Use the link in the email to sign in to the program. The email usually arrives within a few minutes. If it has not arrived within an hour, write to support@snorov.com and we will sort it out.

Access has no time limit. It is personal: please do not share it with other people.

Refunds

If the program is not right for you, you can get your money back before you start Training 1. You do not need to give a reason.

Training 1 starts when you press the "Start Training 1" button (in the program: «Начать Тренировку 1»). Before that, the program reminds you about the refund once more. The microphone check and the starting recordings do not affect your right to a refund: in Speaking Fluency this is the starting point (8 tasks), in «Держу нить» the "before" recording.

How to get a refund: write to support@snorov.com from the email address used for the purchase. We will refund the full amount to the same payment method, via the same service — Lava.top or Whop. The money arrives within 10 business days, depending on your bank. After the refund, access to the program is closed.

After Training 1 has started, payments are not refunded, except where a refund is required by law.

If something is wrong with your payment or access, please write to us first. We will resolve it faster than a bank.

If something does not work

If the program does not work through our fault and we cannot fix it, we will refund you even after Training 1 has started. Write to support@snorov.com and describe what happened.

Changes

We may update the program: fix errors, change tasks and design. The essence of the program stays the same. If these terms change, the new version will be published on this page. Purchases already paid for are governed by the terms in effect on the date of payment.

Your rights

These terms do not limit the rights you have under the laws of your country.
