Privacy Policy

What data we receive

• Email address. To sign in, to send purchase emails and to answer your questions.
• Email for the launch letter. If you left your email on the card of a new trainer, we will send one letter when it opens.
• Your voice recordings and task answers. They are the core of the program: training does not work without recordings.
• Payment data from Lava.top or Whop: email, amount, currency, date and payment status. We do not have your card details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, sign-in time. We need them to keep the site working and protected from abuse.
• Your progress in the program: which tasks you have completed and where you stopped.
• Your answers to the questions at the end of the program, if you answered them. We read them to improve the program. We publish your answers as a review on the website only if you separately allowed it, and only with the signature you chose. We never show your email.

Why

• To give you access to the program and remember where you stopped.
• To show your "before" and "after" recordings at the end of the program.
• To check your right to a refund: whether Training 1 has started.
• To answer your emails and handle technical problems and payment disputes.

We do not sell your data, do not show ads and do not publish your recordings. Recordings are not used to train AI models. We may use recordings to check and improve the program only with your separate consent.

Who else processes the data

We use services the site cannot work without: Lava.top — payments in roubles; Whop — payments in dollars; Supabase — storage of data and recordings; Vercel — website hosting and visit counting; Resend — email sending; OpenAI — recognising your answers in the conversation so that the conversation partner can respond to them, and assessing how coherent your answers are (for this assessment OpenAI receives only the text of the answer, without audio); Google Cloud — speech recognition and calculating your speech rate from the recordings. They receive only what they need to do their job. Servers may be located in a country other than yours.

How long we keep data

Email, progress, recordings and your answers to the questions at the end of the program — while you have access to the program or until you ask us to delete them. Payment data, your acceptance of the terms and the record of when you started Training 1 — two years after purchase. Technical logs are deleted automatically after a limited time. We keep the email for the launch letter until that letter is sent and delete it within 30 days after it, unless you buy the trainer.

How to delete your data

Write to support@snorov.com from the email address linked to your access. We will delete your voice recordings, answers and progress within 30 days and close your access. We keep payment data, your acceptance of the terms and the record of when you started Training 1 (email, amount, dates) for two years after purchase: they are needed in case of a payment dispute. After that we delete them too. You can also ask us to show what data we hold about you, or to correct it. If your review is published, we will remove it from the website within the same 30 days.

Data in your browser

We do not use ads. To understand how many people visit the site and where they come from, we count visits with Vercel Web Analytics — without cookies and without data that identifies you personally. To keep you signed in to the program, your browser stores technical sign-in data.

Age

The program is intended for adults. If you are under 18, do not buy it without your parents' consent.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
